How to login and activate 2Factor-Authentication in KaratBit

https://youtu.be/SDShKfVOkfw In this tutorial you will learn how to activate 2Factor-Authentication and securely login into your KaratBit account. How to login into KaratBit the first time
  1. Once your account is activated, go to www.karatbit.com and click on ‘Login’ on the upper right corner.
  2. Type in in your email address and password and click ‘Log In’.
  3. Once you are logged in, because it’s your first time you will see the warning “Your account does not have 2Factor-Authentication (2FA) enabled. Enable 2FA to make your account more secure!"
Two-factor authentication acts like a banking token. It’s a security measure meant to protect your account. In case your password is stolen or someone tries to access your account and you have a two-factor Authenticator activated, it's going to be very hard for them to access your account. How to activate 2Factor-Authentication in KaratBit
  1. Go to ‘Settings’ in the upper right. In ‘Two Factor’ tab you can see the instructions (Marked 1 below). Below is the summary of the instructions.
  2. Basically, what you do is you download the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone. To get the app, click either on Android or iOS logo provided below (under the QR code).
  3. Once you download the app, open the app and scan the QR code provided below on the same page. By scanning the QR code you are pairing your smartphone application with the KaratBit platform. After scanning, your Google Authenticator will say "The secret is saved". That means, your phone is paired with the KaratBit platform now.
  4. In order to activate Google Authenticator, you have to confirm that your phone is paired. To do that, in the 'Secret' field type in the password shown in your Google Authenticator app. For example, let’s say your Google Authenticator shows you this password: 4-7-9-3-8-4.
  5. After typing 4-7-9-3-8-4 click 'Activate'. Once you see ‘Two Factor Authentication is already enabled’ message that means your Google Authenticator is activated.
Please pay attention, Google Authenticator generates a new one-time password every 30 seconds. Every time you want to access your account, you will need to enter a password provided by the Google Authenticator. This means that you need your smartphone every time you want to login into KaratBit. If you lose your smartphone (that means you won’t have a Google Authenticator), you won’t be able to log into your account. In order to access your account again, you need to download Google Authenticator app on your new smartphone while being logged into the same Google account on your phone. Once you download Google Authenticator app, you will be able to get the same pairing as you already had with the KaratBit platform. [caption id="attachment_102" align="alignnone" width="1210"]How to login and activate 2Factor-Authentication in KaratBit (1)[/caption]   How to login into KaratBit the second time and all subsequent times
  1. At this point you are logged in. To practice logging in with the Google Authenticator for the future, click on 'Logout' in the upper right
  2. Then login again: type in your email and password and click 'Log In'. After that the system will ask you for 'Your 2FA code' (Marked 2 below). Go back to your Google Authenticator app, enter the password displayed and then click 'Log In'.
If you type the wrong password the 'Secret Invalid' message will come up. Simply try the next generated password and click 'Log In' again and you will be greeted with the welcome message. The market of KaratCoinBank coin

In August 2018, the overall capitalization of cryptocurrencies exceeded $230 billion. In fact, a totally new look was taken at the role of cryptocurrencies within a year and it became clear that the future belongs to payment instruments based on the blockchain technology. However, now we witness a desperate competition between the major cryptocurrencies for the right to become a payment instrument of the world economy. Which of the currently existing 2,000 payment coins will survive in the future is hard to predict; all depends on the acceptance of a cryptocurrency. Most of the current new cryptocurrencies have no specific use, i.e. there are no points of acceptance; they only have a speculative character. At the heart of any cryptocurrency as well as fiat money is the trust of those who use them. This trust is fostered by the ability to efficiently use the cryptocurrency and the understanding that such cryptocurrency is supported by efficient structures and coverage. Unfortunately, it is only the blockchain technology that backs up most of cryptocurrencies. The KaratCoinBank coin is a new blockchain-based coin. It is a utility coin. And the KaratCoinBank coin can be used for payments in the very beginning. Everybody who purchases the KaratCoinBank coin can use it for purchases within the existing KaratGold Ecosystem. However, as KaratCoinBank coin world ecosystem evolves, its scope and acceptance will multiply. As the coin of the first ecosystem, rendering the services of the first full blockchain-based and cryptocurrencies-related bank which shall become the core of the global cryptoworld banking system in addition to the execution of treasury functions, it is expected to become one of the world's leading cryptocurrencies.
